WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ROUND TABLE?
Heswall Round Table is your local branch of this national organisation, which fundraises for local good causes. The members are a group of men from differing backgrounds who have joined for a variety of reasons but mainly to have some fun and challenge themselves whilst at the same time supporting the wider Wirral community.
The events that we run include the hugely popular Santa Sleigh that parades through the streets of Heswall and the surrounding areas at Christmas bringing festive cheer to both the youngest and the oldest members of the community, our Children in Need Day where we take ‘Pudsey’ to visit children in a number of local Primary schools and the spectacular Tranmere Fireworks display! Money raised is then donated to good causes in your local community.
On the social side, we have numerous events and activities throughout the year, ranging from water sports to walking weekends, from snooker nights to gym challenges and from black tie charity balls to evenings on the town with our partners! We also try to involve our families in as many of our get togethers as possible, with annual weekend holidays to North Wales and trips to Alton Towers - there really is something for everyone in Round Table!
